Tu B’Shevat Comes Early At Shulamith Lower Division
Knowing that the chag would arrive during midwinter break, students of Shulamith Lower Division celebrated Tu B’Shevat a bit early this year. Grades 1–4 participated in a special pre-Tu B’Shevat activity with Morah Malki Agular. They created unique flower arrangements out of soup containers and felt. The bouquets they made were stunning!
Tu B’Shevat At Brandeis

Smile On Seniors Celebrate Tu B’Shevat

Chabad of the Five Towns Smile on Seniors group, meeting Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. at the Levi Yitzchak Library in Cedarhurst for the winter session, celebrated Tu B’Shevat with a motivational shiur from co-coordinator Lisa Pockriss, a delicious brunch from Q-Cumbers, and beautiful plantings decorated by Friendship Circle T-Yad group for teens with special needs. Cold Temps, Warm Hearts For CTeens
On Monday, January 21, braving below-zero temps, Chabad of the Five Towns CTeen Jr. participants came to hang their beautiful paintings in the residents’ rooms at the Five Towns Premier.
