In a horrific two tiered terrorist act, three teen-age students from the Makor Chaim Yeshiva were kidnapped from a hitching post on their way home on Thursday night.

The first terrorist act was the kidnapping itself.  The second act involved the hacking of the IDF news site which falsely reported that the young men were safe and that five of the kidnappers were killed by the IDF.  The report is completely false.

The Makor Chaim Yeshiva is located in the religious kibbutz of Kfar Etzion.  One of the young men was headed toward his home near Modiin.

The kidnapping occurred in Judea, between Jerusalem and Hebron at a well known hitching post.

A massive search was launched both by the police as well as the IDF.  All active IDF units are on standby to take action should more intelligence reveal their locations.

The cell phones of the kidnapped youth were found on the side of the road in a massive search of the area.  It is believed that a burned out Hyundai car with Israeli plates was related somehow to the kidnapping.

The IDF is searching the town of Dura, an Arab town of 30,000 residents located 7 miles south west of Hebron.  The IDF has also set up security checkpoints at Halhul Bridge north of Hebron as well as in the village of Beit Kahil, northwest of Hebron..

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met with Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon and Internal Security Minister over the issue.

Yishuvim all over the country have organized Tehillim (Psalms) and prayer vigils regarding this national crisis.

Until one hour ago there was a media freeze on the matter. dura
