Defense Minister Moshe (Bogie) Ya’alon, GOC Homefront Command Maj.-Gen. Eyal Eisenberg, and Defense Ministry Director General Dan Harel on Monday instructed declared “special situation” status for residents in a 40-kilometer range of the Gaza Strip.
