Burgas — Israeli Minister of Tourism, Stas Misezhnikov, held an official memorial ceremony today at the site where the terrorist attack took place in Burgas, Bulgaria Wednesday, July 18, killing five and wounded 34 Israeli citizens.
A news release from the Israel’s Ministry of Tourism reports that the ceremony Minister of tourism Misezhnikov said:It is important that we seek justice not only with those who are directly responsible for the terror attack but also with the country that sent them, Iran, who via its cells has planted terrorism and destruction around the world. The world must unite against the danger that is Iran’s nuclear plan.
Senior members of the Bulgarian Government, including Bulgaria’s Minister of Tourism, the governor of Burgas, the mayor, leaders of the Bulgarian Jewish community and members of the Israeli delegation which includes senior representatives from the Israeli tourism industry attended the ceremony which opened with a memorial prayer and the recital of kadish.
