From Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 28, Jews from all over the world with diverse backgrounds, will be celebrating the holiday of Passover. Passover is celebrated as a commemoration of the emancipation of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt. Passover is observed by avoiding leaven and is highlighted by the seder meals, which include four cups of wine, eating matzah and bitter herbs, and retelling the story of Exodus.
For the past five years, Chabad of Jamaica has celebrated Passover with true feelings of freedom, peace, and tranquility in paradise, Montego Bay, Jamaica. Residents, as well as tourists, came together and enjoyed a beautiful seder meal with great food and even better company. This year, Chabad of Jamaica is taking it to the next level.
Imagine escaping to a privately owned villa where a professional team of staff are there to indulge your every whim and need for only you and your family. Home away from home!
An escape where you never need to visit a grocery store or prepare a meal. An escape where all you need to consider is whether to bask languidly in the private swimming pool, gather your thoughts on an early morning jog, explore a nature trail, or simply do nothing at all.
This is the home to an informally luxurious lifestyle that is as unique as it is different and one where classical, warm Jamaican hospitality prevails.
To top it off, it is a home where all will be kosher for Passover, with a koshered kitchen with new sets of dishes. Join Chabad’s elegant community seders on the eve of April 19 and 20.
Choose from the kosher for Passover take out and catering menu to enjoy in your villa or nearby resort. Purchase your raw foods from Chabad and have your private chef cook the menu that you desire. Attend daily minyanim and lectures and much, much more.
Over Passover, Chabad will be located at the Milbrooks Resort in Montego Bay; 40 Spring Farm Drive in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Call the office at +1-876-630-4400 or via WhatsApp at +1-876-452-3223, email Rabbi@chabadofjamaica.com, or visit JewishJamaica.com/Passover-villa/.
