It’s such an experience to spend the night at SKA!
SKA’s tenth-graders rushed to school on Thursday morning, February 8, with all their sleepover supplies to get ready for an exciting leil iyun that evening. The program started right after school with a delicious dinner of pizza, fries, and salads. The tenth-graders then split into groups and went around to different classrooms, with teachers offering different lessons through videos, music, and more.
There were ice-cream sundaes, challah-baking, lots of dancing and talking, and loads of fun! In the morning, the leil iyun continued with davening and breakfast, giving the sophomores the rest of the day off, with time to rest on Friday. All agreed there’s nothing like bonding together as a grade when having a giant sleepover in school!
Grade-level advisers and madrichot made the leil iyun an awesome event.
