Tel Aviv police arrested a middle-aged stalker on Tuesday accused of threatening the life of Israeli actress and model Gal Gadot, who he contacted via Facebook, Israel’s Channel 2 reported.
Police said the man had been in trouble with the law in the past for threatening Minister of Justice Tzipi Livni, as well as another popular model. A bail hearing for the suspect will be held today.
“I murdered two people and you seem suitable to be the third I’ll kill,” wrote the stalker via Facebook to Godot.
The profile of the former Miss Israel 2004 and Miss Universe contestant rose with a lead role in the most recent film from the Fast and the Furious Franchise. Gadot is also one of the faces of Israel’s largest clothing brands, Castro, and recently became the celebrity spokeswoman for Vine Vera skin care products.
