The Digital Citizenship Project, an international organization dedicated to teaching digital responsibility in the age of technology, has partnered with Israel-based NetSpark, the global premier device filtering solution company.

“This partnership effectively pairs education with the tools to help families better manage their technology habits,” said Temima Feldman, associate director of the Digital Citizenship Project. “Our goal is to empower parents, educators, and children to maximize what technology has to offer by understanding how its inherent challenges impact them.”

NetSpark is the officially designated filtering technology for Israel’s Ministry of Education and is responsible for the filtering of over 4,000 schools within Israel. NetSpark’s artificial intelligence (AI) scans 500 million new images and over 50 new million videos daily for over two million people worldwide. “Our AI is always learning and with The Digital Citizenship Project’s guidance, we intend to teach our filter cultural sensitivities for communities throughout the United States,” said Zvika Illan, VP of International Business Development & Marketing. “As a technology company, we believe that the impact it has on our society is not yet fully understood. That is why this partnership is so meaningful to us here at NetSpark.”

“Our partnership with NetSpark provides a seamless transition from the education of digital responsibility to its practical implementation,” said Dr. Eli Shapiro, director of the Digital Citizenship Project. “We are proud to work with innovation leaders like NetSpark and look forward to streamlining our offerings to communities across the United States in our shared mission of promoting digital responsibility.”
