The Little Friends’ Gan is set to serve the Five Towns/Far Rockaway communities. As our neighborhoods grow, the essential need for affordable high-quality childcare has increased as well. Conveniently located in Far Rockaway, Little Friends’ Gan is a new and improved interactive preschool that focuses on every aspect of a child’s growth. The Gan provides a warm and nurturing environment for the individual development of each child. Through a self-guided learning program, with multisensory activities to help each child, the Gan moros encourage progression in your child’s maturity and advancement. The curriculum is thematic and also includes parashas ha’shavua, holidays, alef-beis, counting, and colors. Activities include music, painting, water play, baking, sand tables, and much more.

The directors of the new program are Tzivia Kramer and Chavi Stern, both of whom have years of valuable and respected experience. Tzivia has been the director of the Jewish Youth Connection Hebrew School affiliated with the Ramaz School in Manhattan for the past six years, and Chavi Stern has ten years of experience in early childhood and holds a NYS teaching license. Tzivia and Chavi are able to use their expertise and transform the preschool experience into an enriched, fun learning environment. Young children are concrete thinkers and need to be actively involved in their learning experiences. The Little Friends’ Gan activities are geared to the overall development of a child, including their social, emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being. The program provides for a balance of individual, small group, and large group activities. Only a high quality preschool program prepares your child for kindergarten and beyond. Currently, there are multiple options to choose from for the two-year-old as well as three-year-old groups, with extended hours available.

Little Friends’ Gan is where children learn to play, and play to learn. There are still a few spots available, so contact them at 516-418-2GAN or e-mail v
