If you have ever considered buying an apartment in Jerusalem, you’ll know it can be difficult to know where to start. Not only is it hard to find properties online, but the rules and how to go about the process are a big unknown for many people.

Fortunately, there is a group of five experts from a range of relevant real-estate professions coming to the States at the end of June for a series of events designed to help Americans find out more about the process — whether they are actively looking or haven’t even considered it prior to coming to the event.

After an open panel discussion where each of the panel members introduce their role in their process, the audience will be able to ask any questions on the subject of purchasing property in Jerusalem. Panel members will also be available for private consultation after the main discussion is over.

The panel is delighted to be returning to Cedarhurst at 7:45 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, at JMark Interiors (461 Central Avenue).

The panel consists of Ben Levene, CapitIL Real Estate Agency real-estate agent; Jeffrey Mark, JMark Interiors for interior design and project management; Tzvi Shapiro, First Israel Mortgages mortgage broker; Daniel Eisenberg, IsraTransfer for international money transfers; and Yair Givati, Haim Givati & Co real estate attorney.

CapitIL Real Estate Agency’s sales director Ben Levene said, “We love coming to the Five Towns and presenting there. The feedback we’ve had from the events we have held in the past is that the format is highly informational and helpful. One of our attendees from our most recent event in March has already purchased a home in Jerusalem.”

There will be an additional four events held between June 23–26 in Teaneck, Riverdale, New Rochelle, and NYC — each in the same format as the Cedarhurst event.
