What is there to do when Shabbos ends so late? Here’s a fun and unique night out—this Motzaei Shabbos, JEP will host an exclusive art auction for the entire community! Come out on May 5 at the Cedarhurst Center on Central Avenue. Purchase a piece of artwork and help hundreds of children enjoy Jewish educational programs throughout the year.
The evening will feature high-end paintings, raffle prizes of artwork, and the chance to bid on a commissioned work of art by accomplished artist, Myriam Meisels. Over 40 pieces will be available for auction. Prices range in value from $250 to $5,000. Original works by artists such as Ben Arie, Jovan Obican, Anatoly Baratynsky, Victor Kinus, Alice Conklin Bevin, Ora Nissim, Menashe Kadishman, Alexander Kanchik, Rus, along with popular new artist, Yaeli. Find something you love at a table of framed art prints under $100 or bid on an original oil painting by the world-famous Israeli impressionist artist, Zvi Raphaeli. There will be something for everyone! Refreshments will be served.
JEP thanks generous donors, board members, sponsors, and partners including Jeff Neckonoff of Azamra Entertainment, Chaim and Esther Holzberg of Metal Art (a division of 925 Sterling), Avi Polinsky of Your Arts Desire, LLC, and the Cedarhurst Center for hosting this wonderful event. Proceeds will be used to help JEP and Nageela continue doing the Jewish outreach and educational programming they have been doing for the past 30+ years.
